Great to meet you!

I can help! I have 30 years experience helping hundreds of people navigate Grief as a Clinical Grief Specialist and licensed psychotherapist.

Grief can include fertility issues, divorce, spousal loss, parent loss, child loss, loss of job, loss of pet, cancer diagnosis and aging. I can also help normalize ADHD in adult women.

Grief can show up as depression and anxiety. It can complicate communication within the family. It most often gets stuck in a variety of forms of Guilt.

You are not alone.

My approach to therapy

I can help educate and normalize the Grief experience and help you through the challenging complex journey.

I can create a safe space. I can witness. I can listen.

I am very interactive. I often use appropriate humor. My heart is open and empathetic and compassionate. I address the mind, body, feelings, spirit and relational . I can also teach communication and mindfulness skills as well as helpful tools like CBT to catch our distorted thoughts that get us stuck.

What you can expect from me

You can gain clarity and feel more empowered, your communication can be more effective. You can understand how your thoughts affect your feelings, you can learn to trust yourself and honor your feelings. If you're grieving you can honor your healthy feelings, catch your unhealthy guilt and adjust to necessary changes. Get unstuck from depression and significantly lower your anxiety. Less pain, more true happiness, self-esteem, groundedness, authenticity and freedom. Let's begin!
