Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master’s in Social Welfare from UCLA and 20 years of experience helping individuals and families navigate life’s challenges. I specialize in working with the BIPOC and Latinx communities to address trauma, anxiety, depression, relationships, and parenting. My approach is rooted in empathy, mindfulness, and a focus on the mind-body connection to support you in finding inner peace, building resilience, and fostering meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

I take a collaborative and compassionate approach to therapy, emphasizing the importance of a strong client-therapist connection. My work is grounded in somatic practices, mindfulness, and body-based awareness to help clients deepen the mind-body relationship. Sessions are warm, humorous, and grounded in authenticity, providing a safe space for you to explore vulnerabilities, step outside your comfort zone, and discover new strengths.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, you can expect to feel supported in a space of acceptance and safety as you work toward healing and growth. Together, we will explore tools and strategies to help you navigate challenges, build self-awareness, and create meaningful connections. My goal is for you to leave each session feeling more empowered, capable, and grounded in your daily life.
