Great to meet you!

If you’re struggling with ADHD, anxiety, or depression, you may feel overwhelmed, mentally exhausted, unfocused, or simply not like yourself. You don’t have to figure it all out alone.

I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) specializing in ADHD, anxiety, and depression. I provide personalized psychiatric evaluations and medication management in a supportive, judgment-free environment.

I believe mental health care should never feel rushed or one-size-fits-all. I take the time to listen, understand what you’re experiencing, and work with you to create a treatment plan that fits your individual needs and goals.

If you’re ready to feel more in control of your mental health and take the next step toward feeling like yourself again, I’d be honored to work with you.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and personalized. I believe effective mental health care starts with truly listening—not just checking symptoms off a list. I take the time to understand what you’re experiencing, how it is affecting your daily life, and what you hope to change.

I specialize in ADHD, anxiety, and depression, with a focus on finding the right treatment while avoiding a one-size-fits-all approach. When appropriate, I also consider factors such as sleep, lifestyle, stress, medical conditions, and nutritional deficiencies that may contribute to mental health symptoms.

My goal is to help you understand your diagnosis and treatment options so we can make decisions together. I want every client to feel heard, respected, and confident in their care.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is about more than simply reviewing symptoms. I want to understand you as a whole person—what you’ve been experiencing, how it’s affecting your daily life, and what you would like to improve.

We’ll discuss your symptoms, medical and mental health history, lifestyle, sleep, current stressors, and treatment goals. Together, we’ll identify your main concerns and develop a personalized treatment plan that may include medication, lifestyle recommendations, or additional support when appropriate.

You can expect a welcoming, judgment-free environment where you feel heard and comfortable asking questions. My goal is for you to leave your first appointment with greater clarity, a clear plan, and hope about your next steps.
