Great to meet you!

My name is Nioosha Tavallaei, LMFT. I am trauma-informed therapist and offer a warm, grounded space for adults navigating attachment trauma, anxiety, perfectionism, addiction, and relational challenges. I have been a therapist for over 7 years now and have experience working with individuals and couples.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I work from an integrative approach rooted in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and incorporates EMDR to support body-based healing and reprocessing.

What you can expect from our first session

Before we begin, I invite you to start thinking about what feels most important for you right now—what you'd like to shift, explore, or understand more deeply. Therapy works best when it’s guided by what matters to you. At the same time, you don’t need to have all the answers right away. We’ll move together at the speed of trust.

I use a compassionate, trauma-informed approach that helps make space for the parts of you that feel overwhelmed, stuck, or tired of holding so much. Over time, therapy can help bring more clarity, ease, and self-connection.
