Great to meet you!

believe therapy should feel like a safe, supportive space where you can show up exactly as you are—without judgment or pressure to have everything figured out. My role is not to tell you what to do, but to walk alongside you as we explore your experiences, patterns, and goals together.

I take a collaborative, strengths-based approach to therapy and tailor each session to your unique needs. Whether you are navigating relationship challenges, emotional overwhelm, stress, or life transitions, I focus on helping you build practical coping skills, improve communication, and develop healthier boundaries—both with others and with yourself.

I value authenticity, empathy, and honesty in the therapeutic relationship. I strive to create an environment where you feel heard, respected, and empowered to make meaningful changes at your own pace. Therapy with me is a space for reflection, growth, and learning how to better understand and care for yourself.

My approach to therapy

I create a safe, supportive space where you can be yourself and explore what’s going on in your life without judgment. Together, we’ll focus on building practical skills to manage stress, handle strong emotions, and improve your relationships.

I help clients:

  • Communicate more clearly and confidently
  • Set and maintain healthy boundaries
  • Manage frustration, anxiety, and overwhelming emotions
  • Build self-awareness and self-care habits

Every session is tailored to you, your goals, and your pace. My aim is to help you feel heard, understood, and empowered to make positive changes in your life.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we’ll get to know each other and talk about what brought you to therapy. I’ll ask questions about your experiences, goals, and challenges so I can better understand your needs.

This session is also a chance for you to ask questions, share what you hope to work on, and get a feel for how we might work together. You can expect a warm, non-judgmental space where your experiences are heard and respected.

By the end of the session, we’ll start identifying priorities and next steps, and you’ll leave with a sense of what therapy might look like for you.
