I am a Board-certified psychiatrist (Psychiatry and Addiction Medicine). I completed psychiatry residency training at Harlem hospital/Columbia University and NYSPI/Columbia university. I have more than 20 years' experience in dealing with clients with anxiety, depression, mood dis, Psychosis, ADHD, PTSD, OCD, grief, family and relationship issues, and other mental health issues.

My approach to therapy

I use pharmacotherapy; and elements of cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic psychotherapy, and supportive therapy as needed.

The philosophy of my practice is to work with clients to meet their unique and specific needs in collaboration with them by overcoming chronic depression, anxiety, and other mental health issues so that they perform better at school, at work, at home and in different stages of their live.
