Great to meet you!

I have over 20 years of experience in the behavioral health/social work field supporting individuals, families, leaders and professionals through life's challenges and transitions. My background includes clinical counseling, leadership development, behavioral health administration, and organizational consulting. I hold LISW-S and LICDC-CS credentials. I work with individuals 18 and older, specializing in serving high-achieving adults, professionals, ministry leaders, and women navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, life transitions, and relationship challenges.

My approach to therapy

My approach is a collaborative, strengths-based, and holistic partnership, utilizing feedback from clients to support their goals, progress, and growth. I tailor interventions to each client's unique needs, and offer support, insight, tools, and accountability as we work toward the future you want to create.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a dialogue that helps us identify what brought you to therapy, what you desire to achieve, and begin crafting a plan to support that change. Clients can expect to experience increased awareness, clarity, and self-efficacy to influence their experiences. Together, we will develop strategies for empowerment, supporting your self-care and goal attainment.
