Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over ten years of experience helping clients navigate their thoughts, emotions, and relationships. I bring warmth, curiosity, and empathy to our work, creating a safe space where you feel heard and understood. Together, we uncover patterns, gain insight, and build practical tools to cope, grow, and thrive. Outside of therapy, I enjoy playing tennis, going to the gym, and relaxing at the beach.

My approach to therapy

Effective therapy begins in a space where you feel safe, supported, and free to be yourself. I focus on building a trusting, collaborative relationship so your care reflects your unique story. I use psychodynamic, client-centered, EMDR, along with other evidence-based strategies. Together, we explore past experiences, make sense of current challenges, and develop healthier ways of coping, relating, and thriving.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a conversation about you and your goals. We’ll discuss what brought you to therapy, explore your experiences, and start mapping out a collaborative plan for moving forward in a way that feels supportive and practical.
