My approach to therapy

I like to begin with an introduction and history of the issues that brought you here, which will help in developing an effective treatment plan to guide us toward a positive solution. I specialize in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy; DBT ; Anger Management and Psychodynamic/Psychoanalytic Therapy and Gestalt Therapy.

What you can expect from me

I like to start with an introduction and exploration of what brought you to therapy, which will help us to develop an effective treatment plan to guide us toward a positive solution to the problem.
