Great to meet you!

In today’s world of unpredictability and instability, you are not alone. Making the decision to see a therapist can be difficult. Choosing a therapist who is right for you can be even harder. I strive to make this process as smooth as possible. I believe everyone is the expert of their own life and my role is to help guide your inner expert to find clarity. Together, we can face life stress and work towards inner harmony.

My approach to therapy

Because my approach to therapy is tailored to each individual that I work with, my style is eclectic. I utilize strength-based, supportive, and insight-oriented interventions with an emphasis on empowerment. I have experience working with adolescents and adults and have worked in various clinical settings in community mental health.

What you can expect from me

My main goal is to provide you with the space and safety you need to achieve your goals in therapy. To accomplish this, I prioritize the therapeutic relationship and ensure my clients feel heard, understood, and supported. I look forward to joining you and supporting you on this journey.
