Hi there! It's so nice to meet you :). I am a clinician with over 20 years of clinical experience. Currently, I serve as the clinical director for New Horizon Counseling Center. My inner passion for humanity and my aspiration to support others led me to a career path that provides an opportunity to be an effective and compassionate therapist. I am well-trained and experienced in providing support in all areas of mental health and brain-related conditions and disorders. I have an especially keen focus on trauma, mood disorders, anxiety, OCD, and psychotic disorders.

My approach to providing therapeutic support and care to my clients is founded on well-researched and evidence-based approaches and tailored with a problem-solution approach. I am well-trained and certified in various foundational therapy modalities, which include CBT, DBT, somatic, psychodynamic, couples, family systems, and humanistic therapy. :)
