Great to meet you!

I am a psychotherapist who works with high-achieving adults and professionals navigating anxiety, depression, perfectionism, and questions around identity, purpose, and self-worth. I also bring a background in law enforcement, which has shaped my understanding of stress, resilience, and the impact of chronic pressure on the mind and body. My work is rooted in an attachment-based, trauma-informed, and insight-oriented approach that helps clients explore how early experiences and core beliefs shape present-day patterns. I support individuals who are outwardly capable yet feel disconnected, overwhelmed, or unsure of who they are beyond expectations and roles.

My approach to therapy

I take a collaborative, reflective, and insight-oriented approach, supporting high-achieving adults and professionals seeking deeper self-awareness, emotional healing, and a stronger sense of identity and purpose. Many clients struggle with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, perfectionism, or a sense of disconnection despite external success. Together, we explore how early experiences, core beliefs, and the search for meaning shape thoughts, emotions, and relationship patterns. Sessions are supportive and exploratory, giving you space to heal old wounds, reconnect with your authentic self, and move toward a life that feels more aligned, intentional, and meaningful. My goal is to help you cultivate insight, resilience, and clarity so that your choices reflect who you truly are.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we focus on getting to know you—your experiences, goals, and what brought you to therapy. You’ll feel heard and understood from the start as we clarify what change or growth would feel meaningful and discuss how therapy can best support your goals. My aim is for you to leave the session with insight, a sense of direction, and confidence that you are in a safe space to explore and reconnect with your authentic self.
