Great to meet you!

Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Los Angeles, California and working with clients statewide via telehealth. I work with individuals and specialize in anxiety, depression, relationship issues, life transitions and trauma using a variety of approaches with emphasis on motivational interviewing, strength-based, systemic, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, trauma-informed interventions, and other modalities.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is holistic and client-centered, emphasizing the unique needs and strengths of each individual. I integrate various therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-informed, mindfulness practices, strength-based, and solution-focused therapy, to tailor the treatment to individual needs. I believe in creating a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.

What you can expect from our first session

I find that my style and approach is a good fit for individuals who may be dealing with challenges of life transitions, relationship issues, trauma, and work-related stressors. This manifests itself in the form of anxiety, stress, depression, agitation, confusion, feeling disconnected and inability to relate with others. I work to help my clients address the presenting issues, navigate transitions, develop healthy coping mechanisms, and ultimately work toward their individual goals.
