Great to meet you!

I am a dual-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with a comprehensive background in both physical and mental health care across the lifespan. My clinical experience includes primary care, chronic disease management, and behavioral health, allowing me to approach patient care holistically. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, and trauma-related conditions, as well as managing physical conditions like hypertension and women's health issues. Clients can expect a compassionate, collaborative, and evidence-based approach to care that prioritizes their individual needs, promotes wellness, and empowers them to actively participate in their treatment journey.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach to care is warm, nonjudgmental, and collaborative. I believe that healing happens in a space where you feel seen, heard, and respected. I value open communication and encourage clients to share their goals, preferences, and concerns freely. My role is to guide and support, not to dictate, and I work with you to create a plan that fits your life and values. Whether we’re addressing physical health, mental health, or both, you can expect evidence-based care with a human touch. Consistency, trust, and small, meaningful progress are at the heart of the work we’ll do together.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients can expect to walk away from sessions with a clear understanding of their health—both physical and mental—and a personalized plan to support their well-being. During our first session, I take time to understand your full health story, including your concerns, medical and mental health history, lifestyle, and personal goals. Together, we’ll create a tailored treatment plan that may include medication, lifestyle modifications, supportive therapy, or referrals if needed.

In follow-up sessions, you can expect a structured yet flexible approach where we track your progress, adjust treatment as necessary, and address any new concerns. I use an integrative, evidence-based approach to ensure that care is comprehensive, practical, and centered around your unique needs. Most importantly, you’ll experience a supportive and collaborative space where you feel empowered, heard, and actively involved in your care.
