Hello, my name is NP Nkem. I am a passionate Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with 10+ years of experience in the healthcare/ public health field.

First, I create a nonjudgmental and safe environment to form rapport. Letting patient take charge of their mental health by providing information that enables informed decisions. Then assess mental health needs of individuals, Develop healthcare plans, implement treatment and evaluate the treatment's effectiveness and progress.

I take holistic approach toward making sure Patient’s mental health needs are met. First visit is about getting to know clients .

So, we will talk about patient’s symptoms /mental, emotional, physical, spiritual, and social health.
