Great to meet you!

I know what it feels like to want more say over your own life. After years working in psychiatric hospitals and community care settings, I bring a grounded, whole-person perspective to every session. Whether you are managing anxiety, navigating depression, or working through ADHD, my goal is to help you understand what is happening and build a clear path forward. I am straightforward with you because I believe you deserve honest answers, not guesswork. My schedule is built around flexibility, with morning and afternoon openings Monday through Friday, so we can find a time that works for your life.

My approach to therapy

I take a whole-person approach to psychiatric care, looking at how your mental health, daily life, and goals all connect. I am direct with you about what I see and what I think will help. Together we build a plan that is grounded in evidence and shaped around what actually fits your situation.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a real conversation. I want to hear your story in your own words and understand what has been weighing on you. I will share what I am noticing and what directions might help, and by the end we will have a clear sense of next steps. You will leave with a plan, not just a prescription.
