Great to meet you!

I am a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care. My training in advanced nursing practice and psychiatric care allows me to support individuals experiencing a wide range of mental health concerns.

I strive to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment where clients feel comfortable discussing their thoughts, emotions, and life challenges. I believe that effective mental health care begins with listening and building a strong therapeutic relationship based on trust and respect.

My approach to treatment is collaborative and individualized. I work closely with clients to understand their experiences and develop personalized treatment plans that may include medication management, education about mental health conditions, and supportive therapeutic strategies.

My goal is to help clients gain insight, develop healthy coping strategies, and improve their overall quality of life while supporting long-term mental and emotional well-being.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is patient-centered, collaborative, and evidence-based. I work with clients to understand their unique needs and develop individualized treatment plans that support their mental health goals. I strive to create a safe, respectful, and non-judgmental environment where clients feel heard and supported. My care may include medication management, education, and supportive strategies to promote long-term mental wellness.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, clients can expect a supportive and confidential environment where they can openly discuss their concerns, symptoms, and goals for treatment. I will conduct a comprehensive assessment to better understand their mental health history, current challenges, and overall well-being. Together, we will discuss possible treatment options and begin developing a personalized plan that supports their mental health and long-term wellness.
