Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Nnenna Chukwuyem, PMHNP-BC, though you're welcome to call me Judith. Seeking support can feel overwhelming, and I'm glad you're taking this step. I provide psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and supportive mental health care for individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma-related concerns, stress, grief, life transitions, and other mental health challenges. My goal is to create a safe, collaborative space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered on your journey toward emotional wellness.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and holistic. I believe effective mental health care involves understanding the whole person, not just their symptoms. I work closely with clients to develop individualized treatment plans that may include medication management, education, lifestyle strategies, and therapeutic support. Together, we'll make informed decisions that align with your goals and help promote lasting emotional well-being.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and discuss what brings you to care. We'll explore your concerns, symptoms, mental health history, strengths, and treatment goals in a comfortable, judgment-free environment. Together, we'll develop an initial treatment plan, discuss whether medication may be helpful, and identify practical next steps to support your mental health and overall wellness.
