Great to meet you!

Taking the first step toward improving your mental health can feel overwhelming—but it’s also one of the most courageous and life-changing decisions you can make. If you’ve been feeling anxious, emotionally drained, stuck, or simply not like yourself, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to go through it alone. As a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC), I am dedicated to helping you navigate life’s challenges with clarity, confidence, and compassion. I provide care through telehealth appointments, making support accessible and convenient for you.

My approach to therapy

My approach is empathetic, collaborative, and evidence-based. I believe in working together to develop a treatment plan that aligns with your goals. I provide comprehensive psychiatric mental health care across the lifespan which include diagnosis, medication management, education and psychotherapy. I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, trauma-related disorders, and mood disorders, including perinatal and postpartum mental health. I understand that reaching out for help can feel overwhelming—many of my patients come in feeling exhausted, stuck, or unsure where to begin. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, understood, and supported from the very first visit.

What you can expect from me

I strive to make each session feel safe, respectful, and empowering—so you can move forward with confidence. What drives my work is a deep passion for helping others reclaim their well-being and live more fulfilling lives. I take pride in being thoughtful, intentional and holistic in my care, ensuring that each patient feels seen as a whole person—not just a diagnosis.

You deserve care that feels safe, respectful, and tailored to you—and I would be honored to support you along your journey.
