We can use a mix of talk therapy, trauma informed approaches, mindfulness approaches, and somatic approaches in session. If you are needing someone who is warm and able to listen, I can provide that. If you are looking for someone who will be direct and solution focused, I am able to offer that as well. It is all about what will work best for you!
First sessions can be intimidating, but do not worry! We will mostly spend the time getting to know you, understanding why you are seeking therapy, and exploring all the ways we might be able to help. My goal is that you walk away with something during our appointments, even on the very first session.
