Great to meet you!

Hi! I am a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP), meaning I can provide psychotherapy and/or medication management. Prior to graduate school, I worked +20 years in Emergency Medicine in multiple spaces, including the fire service, aviation, EMS, and emergency departments. This background helps maintain perspective, along with being humorous and open-minded.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach is rooted in empathy and collaboration, ensuring that each client feels heard and understood. I aim to empower clients on their journey toward healing and personal growth by employing evidence-based therapeutic and medication techniques tailored to individual needs. Everyone deserves access to compassionate care, and I strive to create a safe, supportive environment where we can work together to address challenges and foster resilience.

What you can expect from our first session

I believe medication management, therapy, and whole-body wellness are blocks within your tower of self. My goal is to support you in what you need to build the most authentic version of yourself with those blocks.

At the end of our sessions, I'd like the client to feel more informed when making decisions about their care and that they are supported in those decisions.
