Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and EMDR-trained therapist working with adults and couples navigating anxiety, trauma, and relationship challenges.

I bring experience across school settings, child welfare, and work with families and individuals facing complex stressors. My goal is to create a space that feels thoughtful, collaborative, and grounded - where you can better understand yourself and begin to make meaningful, lasting changes.

My approach to therapy

My approach is relational, collaborative, and grounded in helping you better understand what’s driving your thoughts, emotions, and interactions. I integrate EMDR, insight-oriented work, and parts-based approaches to support deeper emotional processing and lasting change - not just surface-level coping. I aim to meet you where you are, while also helping you move toward the changes you want in a way that feels meaningful and sustainable.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll focus on getting a sense of what’s bringing you in and what you’re hoping to get out of therapy. I’ll ask questions to better understand your experiences, relationships, and what’s been feeling most challenging. There’s no pressure to share everything at once; we’ll go at a pace that feels comfortable. My goal is for you to leave with a clearer sense of whether this feels like a good fit and what working together might look like.
