Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Noah — a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with a background in inpatient and outpatient mental health care. I specialize in working with adolescents and adults navigating depression, ADHD, anxiety, and mood-related concerns. My approach is down-to-earth, collaborative, and focused on finding real solutions that work for your life. Whether this is your first time seeking care or you’re returning to treatment, I’m here to meet you where you are.

My approach to therapy

My approach is supportive, collaborative, and centered around understanding the full picture of your mental health, including the identities and experiences that shape who you are. I believe care should be affirming, judgment-free, and tailored to your unique goals, whether that involves medication, talk therapy, or both. I specialize in ADHD and anxiety, and I take time to make sure clients feel heard, respected, and never rushed. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe to show up as your full self.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions feeling supported, understood, and empowered with practical tools they can use in daily life. My goal is to create a calm, validating space where you don’t have to filter yourself, and where your mental health concerns are taken seriously. Together, we’ll focus on building insight, improving coping skills, and finding what works best for you—not just what works on paper.
