A bit about my approach to therapy

Dr. Lankford works in a mostly client-centered manner, with the belief that the most important goals are the ones you have for yourself. He specializes in treating anxiety and OCD, working with men to facilitate personal development, and helping athletes enhance performance. The approach is integrative, pulling from various resources including insights from neuropsychology, positive psychology, cognitive behavior therapy, psychodynamics, attachment theory, and mindfulness, among others.
