Great to meet you!

I have 15+ years experience supporting teens and adults moving through significant life transitions such as grief & loss, identity development, relationship growth, managing loneliness, and career changes. When embraced as part of a healthy developmental curve, these transitions can be springboards for deep meaning-making that enriches everyday life. Through a conversational approach integrating Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, motivational interviewing, and humanism, you will be received as a whole person as we work towards empowering you to make values-based decisions in your future-oriented goals.

My approach to therapy

I approach our work from the perspective that you possess the necessary resources to build resilience, strength, and courage. My job is not to give you something that you already have; rather, it is to help you look inward to discover and activate all your potential for growth and transformation. My promise is to bear witness from a place of compassionate curiosity, to receive you as the the expert on your journey, and to center your expertise as I join you in that journey.

What you can expect from me

Together, we will explore avenues for moving forward in ways helping you feel empowered and emboldened, ready to face the coming journey and the meaning it may bring. All lived experiences offer the promise to develop profound meaning-making, and I am committed to that cultivating process with you through creative and open-ended explorations.
