Great to meet you!

I graduated from UMHB with my M.A. in Counseling in 2023 and became a Licensed Professional Counselor in 2025. I have worked with children, teens, and adults for the last 2 years and have had a passion for group therapy as well.

My approach to therapy

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in many sessions but also use Narrative therapy in many circumstances. I am training to become a Registered Play Therapist, which uses play in therapy not only with kids, but adults as well.

What you can expect from me

I strive to create an environment where children and adults feel welcome, heard, and supported. I desire to see children grow through their play and how they interact with others, and push adults to look inward at the parts of themselves they desire to see change and find effective ways of achieving those goals.
