Great to meet you!
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than 10 years of experience providing mental health services and five years of experience working as a therapist. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Sociology and my master’s degree in Social Work, and I am currently a doctoral candidate in Social Work.
Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds who are navigating a variety of life challenges, including anxiety, depression, stress, relationship concerns, major life transitions, and difficulties with emotional regulation. My approach to therapy is supportive, collaborative, and grounded in creating a space where clients feel comfortable being themselves without fear of judgment.
I believe therapy should be more than simply talking about problems—it should help you better understand yourself, recognize your strengths, develop practical tools, and make meaningful changes in your life. I meet my clients where they are while helping them work toward where they want to be.
