Great to meet you!

I earned my Master’s in Social Work from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and have been working with children, youth, adults, and families since 1998. My experience spans various roles, including preschool teacher, youth programs director, community center director, executive director of a human services organization, and, most importantly, therapist.

Seeking support is a courageous step toward healing and growth. Therapy offers a safe and supportive space for this meaningful work. Finding a therapist who aligns with your values can help ease the uncertainty of beginning this journey. I invite you to reach out for a consultation to see if we’re a good fit and start building a trusting relationship.

My approach to therapy

I provide guidance and expertise in a safe, non-judgmental space, helping you cultivate self-awareness, self-compassion, and resilience. Together, we can navigate past traumas and unresolved challenges, empowering you to build healthier relationships and embrace life with renewed purpose and fulfillment. My approach is strengths-based and grounded in cognitive behavioral therapy, focusing on your unique abilities and fostering positive change.

What you can expect from me

You can count on me to listen attentively, offer support, and provide thoughtful insights. As a direct communicator, I focus on the goals you set, ensuring our work is centered on what matters most to you. You’ll always have me in your corner, cheering you on every step of the way. I embrace and accept people as they are, honoring their choices and individuality.
