Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Noel, and I'm glad you're here. I'm a bilingual psychologist who works with Spanish-speaking adults navigating depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, and the stress that comes with major life changes. I've spent 16 years sitting with people through some of the heaviest moments of their lives, and one thing I've learned is this: the people who feel the most overwhelmed are often the ones carrying the most strength they haven't yet had room to use. That's where I come in. I work entirely via telehealth, so you can connect with me from anywhere in California — from the comfort and privacy of your own space.

My approach to therapy

My approach is strength-based and client-centered, which means I'm not here to diagnose and fix you; I'm here to help you find what's already working in you, and build from there. I work to understand you as a whole person: your culture, your history, your relationships, and your goals. Whether you're dealing with PTSD, grief, relationship stress, or just the slow burn of everyday anxiety, we'll work together in a way that actually fits your life. Sessions are in English or Spanish — whichever feels most like home.

What you can expect from me

Expect a real conversation, not an intake form with a pulse. In our first session, I'll ask you what brought you here, what's been weighing on you, and what you're hoping things look like on the other side. You won't be rushed or judged. We'll talk about what you need, whether it matches what I offer, and how we might move forward together. Many clients leave the first session feeling lighter, not because anything is solved, but because they finally said it out loud to someone who was genuinely listening.
