Noel Frazier

Hi, I'm Noel Frazier! I specialize in supporting clients through life stressors and dealing with social and emotional challenges that impact their daily living. With a deep passion for helping individuals develop tools to reduce symptoms related to anxiety, depression and PTSD. My work is anchored in client centered treatment. My philosophy when working with individuals, couples and families is to treat the whole person from a holistic perspective. My goal is to assist in providing and identifying the tools and resources needed for client's to live a healthy and balanced lifestyle.

I am client centered and solution focused based on your needs. Interventions used but not limited to include; cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing and family systems theory.

Our work together is a collaborative process. Therapy with me is a space where you can speak your truth without fear of being judged. My goal is to help you develop the tools necessary to be able to self regulate, develop emotional intelligence and strengthen your capacity to deal with day to day stressors in a healthy manner.
