With over 10 years of experience, my approach integrates relational, mindfulness-based, and psychodynamic techniques to help you explore what’s getting in the way of connection, clarity, and self-trust.
Outside of therapy, you can usually find me cooking up something new in the kitchen or working out—both are my favorite ways to unwind and recharge!
