Great to meet you!

I offer a supportive, client-centered therapy practice for adults who want to better understand themselves, heal from past experiences, and build more meaningful relationships. With over 10 years of experience, my approach integrates relational, mindfulness-based, and psychodynamic techniques to help you explore what’s getting in the way of connection, clarity, and self-trust.

Outside of therapy, you can usually find me cooking up something new in the kitchen or working out—both are my favorite ways to unwind and recharge!

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each person I work with. I believe that healing happens in the context of a safe and trusting relationship, so I focus on creating a space where you feel seen, supported, and free to show up as you are.

I draw from psychodynamic therapy to explore how past experiences may be shaping current patterns, and I integrate mindfulness and somatic practices to help you reconnect with your body and emotions in the present moment. Whether we’re working through relationship challenges, the effects of trauma, or a sense of disconnection from yourself, I’m here to support you in deepening self-awareness and creating meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to feel supported, seen, and gently challenged in our work together. I aim to create a space that is compassionate, nonjudgmental, and grounded in curiosity—where you can explore both what feels painful and what feels possible.

Over time, you might start to feel more in tune with yourself, better at handling emotions, and more aware of how your past has shaped the way you show up today. We'll work together to help you build more real, meaningful relationships, feel more connected to who you are, and move through life with a bit more clarity and ease.
