Dr. Noelia Ysern Sola

Hi there! I am a latinx therapist. I have struggled greatly to find my place in a world that often feels I don't belong in. However, nothing makes me more proud than being me. My work as a therapist has been guided by fierce passion and compassion. I strongly believe we all have a place in the world, and that we not only fit, but we benefit it with our presence.

My roots are my power and my mistakes are my guide. I support all types of LOVE, all types of CULTURES, all types of GENDER EXPRESSION.

I approach psychotherapy through a compassionate lens. Safety, empathy, and understanding are values that guide my practice as we work together to heal, grow, and help you understand the world around you. I strive to create a therapeutic space that is right for you.

My experiences include working with life challenges (dating, moving, starting a job, starting college, losing a loved one), identity stressors (culture, gender, sexuality, discrimination), trauma, and self-acceptance.

Our first session will take 75 minutes and will be conducted through video, as we get to know each other and set goals for therapy. It is a great time to bring in your questions and let me know what you think might work best for you during our time together.
