Noelle Blair

I have been a licensed therapist for over 7 years working in various settings focused on mental health and wellness. My education and licensure is in Social Work with focuses on solutions-focused intervention, healthy relationships, and strengths-based approaches. Currently I see adults 18+ who are looking for healthy relationships and want to exhibit healthy relationship behaviors. I also see clients who are experiencing life transitions, need general support, or working on communication & boundaries.

I take a very collaborative approach with clients! We work together to determine goals that feel right for you and our work in session reflects those. I describe myself as very "come-as-you-are." The therapeutic relationship is paramount to our work together, so I work really hard to create an environment that is safe, welcoming, gentle, and non-judgmental.

My hope is that through our work together people are leaving sessions feeling supported, have increased confidence, find their voice, and are able to create, and foster, the type of connection that they are craving.
