I am Dr. Dilgarde, a distinguished nurse practitioner with dual degrees in family and psychiatric mental Health and a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree.

Licensed in Colorado and specializes in general adult psychiatry. I focus on the general population, LGBT, and BIPOC communities with mental Health.

Our Practice addresses depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, eating disorders, and ADHD. My treatment approach is lifestyle changes, medications, and psychotherapy.

I am a multicultural, multilingual, and proud Harvard mom.

My approach is to provide supportive and nonjudgmental care in a stigma-free environment while maintaining autonomy, privacy, respect, and dignity.
