Great to meet you!
I have been working in the mental health field since 2012, with a foundation rooted in compassionate, evidence-based care. My career began at Cornerstone of Hope, a grief counseling center, where I received my initial clinical training and developed a deep respect for the healing process during life’s most difficult transitions. After graduating, I worked in an outpatient setting with Beechbrook, supporting children and adolescents as they navigated emotional, behavioral, and family challenges. In 2014, I completed a year-long intensive training in Cognitive Therapy through the Cleveland Center for Cognitive Therapy, which continues to inform my approach today. I later transitioned into private practice, where I expanded my work with adults across two different practices, ultimately earning my independent license in 2024. I strive to provide a thoughtful, collaborative therapeutic space that helps clients build insight, resilience, and practical tools for meaningful and lasting change.
