I seek to cultivate a collaborative space in therapy with solution focused methods. I use a systemic approach to ensure the therapeutic process encompasses client perspectives and environments. I incorporate a social justice approach while engaging the intersecting strengths and resilience that exist within individuals, families, and their systems of support.

My approach to therapy is rooted in respect for your lived experiences, relationships, family, ancestry, culture, belief systems, and identities. Whether you are an adult, adolescent, parent or caregiver, it is vital for therapy to meet you wherever you are in your process. Our work together will bring a balance of curiosity, humor, directness, and compassion.

I am here to walk with you along your path in a way that feels authentic to you. Together we will ask meaningful questions, seek understanding, find venues for healing, and navigate what comes next. Together we can find ways to reconnect with your sense of self, those close to you, and your community. Changing patterns can mean approaching your day to day life with a different perspective. I believe therapy is a healing path from the impacts of stress, hopelessness and fatigue.
