Great to meet you!

I help individuals and families navigate divorce, co-parenting, and major life transitions with clarity, compassion, and grounded support. My approach is warm, honest, and focused on helping you move forward in a way that feels aligned—not just manageable.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is trauma-informed, relational, and integrative.

I believe that many of the struggles people experience—especially in relationships, parenting, and life transitions—are rooted in unprocessed experiences, attachment patterns, and nervous system responses.

I don’t focus on quick fixes. I help you:

  • Understand why you feel and react the way you do
  • Build awareness of patterns
  • Safely process underlying experiences

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other and begin understanding what’s bringing you to therapy. You can expect a supportive, non-judgmental space where you don’t have to have everything figured out.

We’ll talk through your current concerns, relevant history, and what you’re hoping for moving forward. I’ll also share how I approach therapy so you have a clear sense of what working together will look like.

We’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you—there’s no pressure to share more than you’re ready for!
