Great to meet you!

Hi there, and welcome! I’m a licensed therapist who is passionate about helping teens and adults make sense of their experiences and feel less alone in what they’re carrying. I specialize in co-occurring anxiety, depression, addiction, and trauma, and have worked in outpatient, hospital, and residential settings supporting individuals and families through some of their hardest moments. I show up with warmth, honesty, and compassion, and I’m committed to creating a space where you feel understood, supported, and empowered to grow.

My approach to therapy

I take a warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth approach to therapy. I work with teens and adults navigating co-occurring anxiety, depression, addiction, and trauma, helping clients understand the patterns that shape their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I blend practical, evidence-based tools with deeper emotional work around self-worth, boundaries, and healing old wounds. My style is compassionate but direct, and I aim to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and empowered to grow at your own pace.

What you can expect from me

When we meet for the first time, my goal is to make you feel comfortable and heard. We’ll talk about what’s been going on, what’s most important to you, and what you hope to get from therapy. I’ll ask questions, listen closely, and help you start making sense of patterns or challenges in your life. By the end of our session, my hope is that you feel supported, understood, and have a clear sense of the next steps we can take together.
