Noelle Miller

Hi, I'm Noelle! I have worked for many years with children, teens, and adults who have experienced complex trauma. Whether you are facing some unwelcome anxiety, fighting through trauma triggers, or navigating a recent life change, I am here to offer a listening ear and provide effective support. You do not have to face this alone (in fact, you were never meant to).

My therapeutic approach is grounded in the belief that transformation is always possible. I am a firm believer that "You can't go back and change the beginning, but you can start where you are and change the ending" (C.S. Lewis). As a relational therapist, I believe that with connection and empathy, you can heal from your past and live a life you can be proud of.

I believe developing a good relationship with your therapist provides an effective foundation for healing. I want to get to know you for YOU- your likes, dislikes, past hurts, and current struggles. Collaboratively, we will create a plan that brings you closer to your goals.
