Noelle is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with a heart for working with children, teens, and families. With years of experience in settings like foster care, group homes, and in-home services, she brings deep compassion and understanding to every session. Noelle is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), a powerful tool for helping clients heal from trauma. Noelle is also a certified Prepare/Enrich Facilitator for couples counseling and a Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) Practitioner. Her approach blends evidence-based techniques like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with holistic, mind-body practices that support emotional, physical, and spiritual wellness.
