
Hello there :) First of all, I want you to know that I love my job. I feel blessed to get to work with people in this way. Whether we're working on deep psychological healing, or simply checking in about day to day stressors and your current practices with coping skills, moving people in the direction of their dreams is something I am passionate about.
I have a diverse toolkit to offer. From CBT, to DBT, to action oriented methods like Expressive Arts Therapies and Mindfulness, I am always listening carefully to see what's the right tool for each new moment.
Our first session will be an interactive experience where I aim to get to know the landscape of your life. I will ask you a variety of questions to help learn more about why you've come and where you'd like to go. Please know that it's your choice to answer those questions to the degree at which you feel safe and comfortable, no forcing or expectations on my part. It's also a great opportunity for you to get to know how it feels to work with me!
