Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Fairfield University in Fairfield CT. I am also a Certified Narcissistic Abuse Treatment Clinician with extensive training in:Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Narrative Therapy,Grief and Loss,Trauma Informed Therapy and Existential Therapy.I believe that therapy is an art. My curious and creative spirit inspire my therapeutic approach to tailor our experience together by harnessing your interests and strengths.

I specialize in helping women who are in unhealthy relationships with others or with themselves; have suffered narcissistic abuse; are considering, in the process of or recovering from divorce; are experiencing a significant unsettling life transition such as empty-nest, retirement or life review; and are experiencing anxiety and depression symptoms that are keeping them from living their best lives.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I am here to walk beside you as you rise to meet life’s fiercest storms—and its most beautiful possibilities.Yes, I have the credentials. But beyond the formalities, I bring my humanity. I shape therapy around you—your passions, your strengths, your voice. No cookie-cutter approach. No one-size-fits-all. Just a genuine, evolving relationship. My own path has taken me through the fires of narcissistic abuse, the ache of family wounds, the unraveling of divorce, the depths and joys of motherhood, the rebirths of self-discovery, and the complex terrain of being a woman in today’s world.I’ve lived it. I see it. I see you.And I know that the right therapist is more than a professional—they are a companion, a witness, a fellow traveler. If you feel something stir reading this...If you sense I might be someone who speaks your unspoken language...Then I would be honored to walk with you, step by step, toward the life you’re ready to claim.Reach out. Your journey awaits.

What you can expect from our first session

At the start of our work together, we’ll gently explore the important relationships, experiences, and beliefs—past and present—that have shaped your emotional world. Think of it as mapping a constellation of patterns and triggers that we’ll begin to understand and untangle together in therapy.

As our work unfolds, you’ll learn to recognize when you’re drifting toward familiar but unhelpful outcomes—and how to steer yourself toward a more grounded, life-affirming direction. Along the way, you’ll gain practical tools to deepen your relationship with others—and most importantly, with yourself.

I deeply value the energy and reflection you bring to your healing journey between sessions. To help you make the most of our time together, I’ll offer personalized suggestions—what some might call “homework”—tailored to your personality, interests, and what actually works. This is where meaningful change really takes root.
