Great to meet you!

Do you feel overwhelmed by anxiety or the emotional weight of major life changes? Experiences like pregnancy, becoming a parent, ending a relationship, supporting your child, or adjusting after loss can bring stress, uncertainty, and exhaustion. When life feels heavy, it can help to have a space where you feel heard and supported. My goal is to provide a compassionate environment where you can talk openly, better understand what you're experiencing, and begin moving toward greater balance and emotional well-being.

My approach to therapy

I work with children, teens, adults, and families navigating anxiety, depression, parenting stress, adjustment challenges, and perinatal mental health concerns such as pregnancy and postpartum mood or anxiety disorders. I provide therapy designed to help develop coping skills, strengthen resilience, and move through life transitions with greater confidence.

What you can expect from me

My approach is collaborative, empathetic, and tailored to each person’s needs. I integrate evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Interpersonal Therapy, DBT skills, Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed care. Together we’ll build a supportive therapeutic relationship and work toward meaningful, lasting change.
