Great to meet you!

I am an LCSW and Alcohol and Drug Counselor with 13+ years of experience working with a variety of populations, including the United States Armed Forces. I provide a safe, supportive space for adults to explore what is really going on in their lives. Together, we address professional burnout, relationship strain, boundary challenges, potential substance misuse, anxiety, depression, and spiritual exhaustion in order to make meaningful change in your life!

My approach to therapy

I am a collaborative therapist who will bring curiosity and compassion to every session. In session with me, we'll get to the heart of issues in order that you can move forward in line with your goals and values.

What you can expect from me

I offer strength-based therapy with a history of work in MI, ACT, DBT and EMDR. When we connect, you can expect a warm, inviting and safe atmosphere where you can explore who you are and get to the deeper tissue issues that drove you to come to therapy to begin with.
