Great to meet you!

Scrolling through therapist profiles, you're looking for more than credentials and specialties. You're looking for someone you'll trust with parts of your life you may not share with anyone else.

If you have landed here and are feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, relationship stress, grief, or any other emotional challenges, I would love the opportunity to help you reach a better place. Whether you are struggling with pregnancy, postpartum, or other major life transitions, I am here to support you so you don’t have to navigate it alone. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and National Certified Counselor (NCC) with 10 years of experience, I will partner with you to understand the root causes of your experiences. Together, we can help you break free from feeling stuck and work toward a more thriving life.

My approach to therapy

Therapy with me is a conversation, not an interrogation. I'll meet you where you are—with compassion, honesty, and sometimes a little humor when it's needed. My approach is warm, practical, and collaborative. I’ll meet you with steady support, thoughtful guidance, and practical tools that fit who you are, where you are right now, and the life you want to build as you grow into your strongest self.

If you’re questioning your relationship with alcohol or other substances, you do not need to have everything figured out before reaching out. I provide a safe, comfortable space where you can explore your relationship with substances, gain clarity on what you want, and decide what changes feel right for you.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other, talk through what’s bringing you to therapy, and begin building a strong foundation for our work together. I’ll take time to understand your current challenges, answer any questions you have, and help you identify goals that feel meaningful and realistic for where you are right now. You can expect a warm, collaborative, and judgment-free conversation where there is no pressure to have everything figured out before you begin. Drawing from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), we’ll start creating a personalized plan with practical tools you can use in everyday life, helping you feel more grounded, reassured, and hopeful about the future ahead.
