Great to meet you!

I work with individuals who are often high-functioning, driven, and capable on the outside, but internally may feel overwhelmed, anxious, depressed, unfocused, burned out, or disconnected from themselves. You may be navigating ADHD, relationship stress, major life transitions, or simply feel like keeping everything together is taking more effort than it should. My goal is to create a space where you can slow down, feel understood, and gain a clearer perspective on what is happening beneath the surface. Care is individualized, collaborative, and centered around helping you move forward with greater clarity, connection, and confidence.

My approach to therapy

My approach is rooted in the belief that you are more than a diagnosis. I take time to understand your story, environment, your relationships, your strengths, and the patterns that may be affecting how you feel. Treatment may include medication when appropriate, but I also believe meaningful progress often comes from looking at the bigger picture and where you are headed. Together, we'll create a plan that feels realistic, intentional, and aligned with the life you want to build.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a space to slow down, feel heard, and start making sense of what's been weighing on you. We'll talk through what brought you here, identify what you want to change, and begin creating a plan that feels realistic and personal to you. My goal is for you to leave feeling clearer, more confident, empowered and in control of your life.
