Great to meet you!

People say that we aren't born with instructions. Actually, there are so many different instructions that I am here to help figure out the best strategies for you to have the life that you desire!

I specialize in babies, children, teens, parents and elders and work with relationship issues of all kinds including LGBTQAI+, Trauma, Anxiety, Depression, Anxiety and more.

My approach to therapy

Families will share that I understand and help with the most difficult things in their lives in a compassionate and family oriented way. I am creative in tailoring therapeutic techniques (including the latest brain science) and research to the personality and needs of the individuals.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) which means that I studied psychology and sociology so that I work holistically within the individual's culture and all identities.

What you can expect from me

I provide a welcoming and safe environment where you feel comfortable to say anything that comes to mind. You can expect to leave sessions feeling better than when you came in and with clarity as to next steps toward your goals!
