Great to meet you!

My name is Noga Medini Yakobi. I am a Psychotherapist, Somatic Therapist, and Life Coach.

Are you feeling stuck or overwhelmed in various aspects of your life?

Are you looking for a change in your life but unsure where to start?

Does the fear of asking for help stop you from taking the next step?

If you are searching for therapy or life coaching, you probably want to change something you have struggled with for quite a while. It takes courage to embark on the path of therapy or life coaching, but it could have many benefits.

As a child in school, I dealt with Learning Disabilities - Dyslexia and ADHD. It was in my mid-20s when I was diagnosed, so I had to survive the school system. Dance was my safe space.

I firmly believe that the first thing to do is to recognize my client's strengths so that we can use their strengths and talent to overcome the challenges they are struggling with.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My 20 years of experience as an educator, advisor, and Special Education teacher inform the methods I employ in supporting my clients. While I specialize in working with teenagers, young adults, and adults suffering from anxiety, learning disabilities, ADHD, social skills challenges, and mild depression, I also enjoy providing individualized support to parents.

With teenagers and young adults, I use Somatic Therapy, Play Therapy, and Talking Therapy.

My approach involved a lot of self-reflection and some work at home between sessions.

What you can expect from our first session

Therapy is not easy and sometimes challenging, but it can help you improve your relationships, increase your self-esteem, be more fulfilled at work, feel more connected and present, decrease anxiety, and function better overall. I aim to get to know you and what you desire in life. From there, we can collaborate to co-create a path toward healing, growth, and inspiration for your journey ahead, which honors who you are within your intersectional identities.
