Great to meet you!

My work as a Licensed Professional Counselor began in IL, KS, and now, GA. I earned a BA in Psychology from Clark Atlanta University and a MA in Counseling Psychology from Northwestern University.

It has been my privilege to work with clients in various community, hospital, church, and private practice settings for over 25 years. It is my passion to support individuals and couples through life transitions, challenges, and conflict to improve thinking, communication habits, emotional balance, boundaries, self-care, and/or intimacy.

My approach to therapy

My primary approach is CBT and person-centered therapy. I use a variety of techniques for addressing anxiety or mild trauma including EMDR tools. My training with Gottman Couples Therapy (Level 1&2) and a Prepare & Enrich certification allows me to coach and support couples to improve communication, intimacy, and learn conflict resolution skills.

I am dedicated to helping you through challenges and providing practical tools to improve your well-being.

What you can expect from me

It would be an honor to help you reset your mind, increase self-awareness, improve communication and build empathic skills for healthy relationships.

I offer professional support and a place to share safely during or after emotional challenges, adjustments/changes, or loss. I help clients reflect and move toward the Perissos (abundance) of life.

My book called, "Reflections & Revelations: Journaling Through Life's Stuff to Intentional Healing" can inspire clients to process outside of sessions.
