Great to meet you!

I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma-related disorders, PTSD, bipolar disorder, and OCD in adolescents and adults. As a Doctor of Nursing Practice and board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I bring more than 20 years of nursing experience, including extensive work in critical care and neuro-trauma medicine. My approach combines evidence-based medication management, psychotherapy, and practical lifestyle interventions to help patients achieve meaningful and lasting improvement.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, practical, and individualized. I combine evidence-based medication management with supportive psychotherapy and lifestyle interventions to help patients achieve meaningful improvement in their daily lives. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, or mood-related concerns, we'll work together to develop a treatment plan that aligns with your goals, values, and long-term well-being. My goal is not only symptom relief, but helping you build lasting resilience and confidence.

What you can expect from me

During our first visit, we'll take time to understand your symptoms, treatment history, and goals. Together we'll develop a personalized treatment plan that may include medication management, psychotherapy, and practical strategies to improve daily functioning and overall well-being. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, understood, and confident in the path forward.
